3. User Responsibility

• Payment terms

4. Payments

We do not hold funds and do not provide escrow services.

5. Listings

Users must provide accurate and truthful information.

6. Prohibited Content

Fraudulent, misleading, illegal, or duplicate listings are prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agroshop Farm shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from user interactions.
